Very sadly, our Counselling Service closed in March 2005 owing to lack of continuation funding. We campaigned vigorously to keep the service open and received considerable local support. It is possible to find alternative counselling services via your GP, or visit the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) for private therapists/counsellors (fees ranging from £25-£60 per session).
