How you can help us
 Donate now

We need your help - without donations from individuals we shall not be able to continue our work. Any donation, large or small, will make a difference.

A regular donation, which you can make via Standing Order, will help us plan ahead and give us more financial stability.
For example:

£5 a month will help us support people in crisis, calling our helpline. We will listen to their difficulties and give them advice and information about local mental health services.

A one-off donation, as a result of a fundraising event or in memory of a friend, is always a help to our work.

£150 means we can match an isolated and vulnerable person with a befriender, who will meet with them weekly.
£500 means we can run a Stepping Stones course. The 10 students will gain confidence and skills contributing to better mental health.

What is Gift Aid?
When you make a donation, you
have the option of gift aiding it.

Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further. For example, a £10 donation can be turned into £12.80. Imagine what a difference that could make, and it doesn't cost you a thing.

To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount we will claim in the tax year.

If you have any questions about making a donation, please call us on 020 8426 0929.
