We are currently recruiting for the following position.

    Head For Work Co-ordinator

    35 hours per week
    Scale Point 32, £30,025 per annum
    3 Years Fixed Term Contract
    Plus 7.5% Pension

    Mind in Harrow is a leading mental health charity based in NW London. We have a dynamic and creative team of 30 full and part-time staff and over 100 volunteers with an excellent reputation and driven by a strong user empowerment ethos.

    Mind in Harrow has recently been awarded 3 year funding by the Big Lottery Fund to develop further our established Head for Work project. This project provides accredited Train the Trainer courses to mental health service users. The Accredited Trainers are supported and paid to deliver training to a range of private, voluntary and public sector organisations in the Borough of Harrow. 

    The post holder will line-manage the Head for Work Officer, who runs the accredited training course and CPD programme for Trainers.

    This project enables Trainers to progress in their own mental health recovery as well as addresses stigma in the workplace.  

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated person who will develop this successful training programme to achieve our aims for this new funding period.  It is essential for the post holder to have experience in designing and delivering training.

    The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring service application (DBS).
