The Stepping Stones Project enables service users to move into mainstream courses and leisure activities, giving them greater control over their lives and renewed confidence and independence. It offers a range of opportunities on a termly basis. Please note that service users must be residents of the Borough of Harrow to access these courses.

Enrolment for the next set of courses will take place in Autumn 2017. Course places are limited and are allotted on a first-come first-served basis, so come early to ensure a place on the course of your choice! For more information contact Emily or Tracey on 020 8515 7879. In Summer term we have the following courses on offer:

  • Beginners' Photography – gain confidence to create excellent imagery! (Please note that you will need a digital camera to attend this course)
  • Sketching and Painting – learn how to create your own masterpieces, with all materials provided
  • Yoga – the golden key that unlocks the door to peace, tranquillity and joy; union of the mind, body & spirit

You can browse the Summer 2017 course brochure online for more information. All the dates, locations and times for upcoming courses will be available on our events calendar.

We run two courses that are specifically for people who receive a Personal Budget. One these is Writing For Recovery – you can read previous group members' writing and learn more about the course, as well as how to apply for a Personal Budget, on its webpage. We also run an Art Group, which does not currently have its own webpage, but watch this space!

If you would like more information about the courses, please call Emily or Tracey on 020 8515 7879 or email
