The Project enables service users to move into mainstream courses and leisure activities, giving them greater control over their lives and renewed confidence and independence. It offers a range of opportunities on a termly basis. Please note that service users must be residents of the Borough of Harrow to access these courses.

Please request an information pack by calling 020 8515 7878. After you have completed the referral form, you will meet up with a project worker to discuss your interests.
Stepping Stones for Carers
The project helps carers of people with mental health problems in harrow to take a break from their caring role. Each week for three hours a carer is able to follow an interest of their choice (leisure, courses or recreational), while the person they care for is supported by a care worker.

Charges
All courses run by Stepping Stones are low cost (£10 - £15 per course). Some are free of charge.
Languages
Interpreters are made available for initial meetings; some students may be eligible for interpreting support whilst doing a course.
