COVID-19 has catapulted us into a world where we are required to interact with digital devices more than ever, whether it’s because of working from home or catching up with friends and family over platforms like Zoom. Digital devices can be a major source of stress, so it’s become vital that we have some boundaries around their use in order to protect our mental health.
This FREE Workshop will explore ways to detox from your digital devices and still stay connected, as connection is also vital for mental health resilience.
We will also be sharing our Mind in Harrow tips resource on ‘How to Reduce Video Call Anxiety’.
