What matters to you now during the continuing pandemic?
Hear updates about what’s going on.

The Forum will be held on Zoom, and login details will be sent out by text or email to registered HUG members for whom we hold mobile numbers or email addresses.

Forum Programme

1.30pm Introductions to Harrow User Group (HUG) Reps and invited staff, welcome to everyone

1.40pm Update from the meeting of 18th December 2020.
Discuss the letter send by the council responding to the questions from everyone who attended the meeting of the 18th December 2020.

2.00pm Discussion in Groups.
In smaller groups, everyone’s thoughts and feedback about the letter, with a facilitator from HUG taking notes to feedback to the wider group.

2.30pm 10 minute break

2.40pm Present back to the whole group the discussions from the small groups.

3.00pm Council’s new co-production process
Introduction to the new Expert by experience Advisors

3.25pm Date of next Forum -To be confirmed date April
