21-28 hours per week (negotiable) 
Scale Point 37, 36,555 pro rata 
Plus 4% employer pension

Mind in Harrow is a leading mental health charity based in NW London, just three minutes from Harrow Metropolitan line station. We have an excellent reputation and our dynamic and creative team of 30 full/part-time staff and 100 volunteers are driven by a strong user empowerment ethos.

The postholder will be responsible for overseeing service delivery through line management and clinical supervision of an enthusiastic staff team, who run a range of community-based mental health services.   You will also contribute to team and organisation-wide development relevant to this post.

It is highly desirable that you have a background in managing education, training and employment services.

The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring service application (DBS).
