Our Mental Health Telephone Information Helpline remains open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Mind in Harrow is doing everything we can to support the mental health of those self-isolating at this time. We also help those in need of food and essential supplies by coordinating with the local support network. We work closely with local charities and public services to keep people safe.

Please continue to check our website and social media, as we post regular updates. Please be patient as we adapt to these changes. We wish everyone well in these extraordinary times!

NHS mental health support

The Harrow Talking Therapies Service continues to run and has moved all face to face appointments to phone. To contact please call 0208 515 5015 or email harrow.iapt@nhs.net

During office hours please contact your named professional at CNWL Bentley House on 020 8424 7701.

The CNWL Single Point of Access (SPA) offers mental health triage for routine, urgent and emergency referrals, mental health sign posting, information and advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year. 0800 0234 650.
