The Stepping Stones Project enables service users to move into mainstream courses and leisure activities, giving them greater control over their lives and renewed confidence and independence. It offers a range of opportunities on a termly basis. Please note that service users must be residents of the Borough of Harrow to access these courses.

Enrolment date is Thursday 10th January 11am-1pm. Come along to enrol on one of our Spring Term courses.  Course places are limited and are allotted on a first-come first-served basis, so come early to ensure a place on the course of your choice! For more information contact Tracey or Gita on 020 8426 0929. This term we will have the following courses on offer:

  • Drawing and Painting   Learn to draw and paint using your own techniques
  • Yoga  the golden key that unlocks the door to peace, tranquillity and joy; union of the mind, body & spirit
  • Google it!  Make the most of Google and other search engines using an iPad (which we supply during the classes)

Women only courses:

  • Pilates Strengthen your core and improve your posture
  • ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) Improve your listening and speaking skills in English

FREE 3 day course in:

  • Stepping Stones to Volunteering Course - gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress onto a volunteering role

The Stepping Stones to Volunteering course will have a separate enrolment session on Wednesday 31st October 2018 2pm. Please get in contact if you'd like to be enrolled in this course.
