Our Lunch & Learn Sessions are ideal if you are short of time or just want to focus on a specific topic. We can also tailor-make our session for you to tie in with World Mental Health Day, Time to Talk Day or Mental Health Awareness Week.
Our topics focus on providing delegates with practical tips to take away at the end and we aim to make the session as interactive as possible. We are happy to develop a workshop on a topic on your choice or you can choose from these topics that we have delivered successfully:
