Manage your wellbeing while working remotely

Working from home has become a way of life for many of us and by now we have recognised the benefits as well as the pitfalls.  A lot of us will continue to work remotely, full-time or part-time.  In this workshop we explore practical strategies we can implement to take care of our emotional health while we are working from home.

About the workshop

This workshop explores the impact that remote working has on our physical and mental health.  We discuss ways to manage stress and emotional energy and best practice to balance work and home.  We look at evidence-based wellbeing strategies and the best ways to implement them to protect and boost our mental health and resilience.

At the end of the workshop participants should have a clear action plan on how they will action, monitor and review their mental and physical health while working remotely.

Training Delivery

Training is delivered interactively with practical exercises, participation from delegates and opportunity for questions and discussion.  As Mind in Harrow we are a specialist provider which ensures that knowledge provided is well-evidenced and relevant.

This workshop is developed for a half-day session, running for 3 hours with suitable breaks.  It is delivered via Zoom or Teams and is available to run at a time that suits your team.  We can also tailor the content and duration to fit your training requirements.
