Wellbeing for isolation/coming out of lockdown


Staying in isolation to keep yourself and others safe at this time can be difficult. It can also be hard to come out of lockdown, dealing with uncertainty and anxiety.  Mind in Harrow have produced some tips and guidance to keep you well physically and emotionally during this time.

We have based this guidance on the five ways to wellbeing.

The 5 ways to wellbeing is a set of simple, evidence-based actions to improve personal wellbeing. They are based on the most up-to-date evidence and research gathered by the New Economics Foundation (NEF). 

The 5 ways to wellbeing use of diverse approaches to ensure positive wellbeing are achieved.
