Walking Group – Eastcote House Gardens

25/02/2026, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Breathe in the crisp air and join the Mind in Harrow Walking Group for a peaceful and restorative walk at Eastcote House Gardens. This session is part of our seasonal walking programme, which focuses on improving wellbeing through movement, connection, and time in nature.

Eastcote House Gardens is a tranquil and historic green space featuring beautifully maintained gardens, tree-lined paths, and peaceful seating areas. Its calming atmosphere makes it an ideal location for reflection and relaxation. Surrounded by nature, participants will be guided through a gentle walk designed to help reduce stress and boost mood, all while enjoying the company of others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Spending time in green spaces like Eastcote House Gardens can have a powerful impact on mental health. Regular walking has been shown to lower anxiety levels, improve concentration, and strengthen feelings of belonging. Our walks are inclusive, social, and paced to accommodate everyone, making them suitable for both newcomers and regular walkers.

Throughout the session, there will be moments to pause and appreciate the scenery, share conversations, and take part in light mindfulness exercises that enhance the overall experience. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather, and bring a drink to keep hydrated.

This is more than just a walk — it’s a chance to step away from daily pressures and enjoy nature’s calming presence.
