Mind in Harrow provides peer-led mental wellbeing workshops to 11-25 year olds in schools, colleges and youth services.
These workshops are run by young volunteers with lived experience of mental health difficulties. As part of the workshops, they share their personal stories of mental health difficulties and what has helped them to cope. NS shares her personal story in the video below.
The workshops aim to support young people to learn coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and understand how to look after their mental health.
