Wellbeing workshops for young people

Book peer-led mental wellbeing workshops for 11-25 year olds in schools, colleges and youth services.

Wellbeing workshops for young people

Mind in Harrow provides peer-led mental wellbeing workshops to 11-25 year olds in schools, colleges and youth services.

These workshops are run by young volunteers with lived experience of mental health difficulties. As part of the workshops, they share their personal stories of mental health difficulties and what has helped them to cope. NS shares her personal story in the video below.

The workshops aim to support young people to learn coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and understand how to look after their mental health.

To book a workshop or assembly for your school, please contact our HeadsUp Project Coordinator via email: Emily.Lewis@mindinharrow.org.uk or via phone 020 8515 7853

“HeadsUp has helped me to own my lived experience of mental health difficulties, empowering myself and others.”

Currently, during the coronavirus outbreak, our services and activities are running remotely.  We will begin to offer face-to-face activities again when we can undertake these safely.
