About the Role

We are seeking a committed and experienced Hayaan Project Co-ordinator to lead our work with the Somali community in Harrow. You will coordinate culturally appropriate mental health support, oversee volunteers, and promote well-being through outreach and partnerships.

This role is key to ensuring that safeguarding, recovery-based approaches, and user empowerment are central to our work. You will also help shape and evaluate the service through effective monitoring and user-led development.
