This when you are at the heart of assessing how good or bad services are then deciding how to make improvements. You can have a real say in how YOUR services are managed.
You can become a member of the Harrow User Group (HUG) Benefits include:
The next HUG forum will take place on Wednesday 29th March, 12.30pm-3.45pm, at Harrow Baptist Church, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1BA. You can download the forum flyer for more information.
You would help review different Mental Health Services within a small working group. Each working group consists of a mixture of Workers, Users and Senior Managers. Each person's voice has an equal weight.
It's up to you. When you join the Harrow User Group, you can choose just to receive the benefits or become a more active member as a Rep.
Mind in Harrow will provide full training and support if you consider being an active member.
