The project combines 1-to-1 employment advisor support with a unique peer support element to offer both practical support in job searching, alongside opportunities to improve skills, enhance wellbeing and find a supportive peer group with shared experiences.
Participants will receive support with job searching, CV writing and interview skills, as well as psycho-educational support through workshops, exploring areas such as mindfulness, goal-setting and managing anxiety. Participants will also receive up to 6 months tapered support once they enter employment.
Peer support is at the heart of the PSEG Project and gives participants with shared experience of mental health issues the opportunity to support each other as they make steps towards returning to work, or entering employment for the first time. Participants will have unlimited access to Peer Support
