At Mind in Harrow, we are committed to ensuring that our services continue to meet the needs of our community. To do this effectively, we rely on the honest feedback and lived experiences of the people who use our support. That’s why we are launching our Service User Survey, and we would be incredibly grateful for your participation.
The survey is designed to take no more than five minutes to complete, making it a simple and accessible way for you to share what works well, what could be improved, and what support you feel is most important moving forward. Whether you have accessed one of our ongoing services, attended a group, received information or advice, or engaged with us in any other way, your perspective can help us understand how we are doing and where we can grow.
The survey will remain open until 28th February 2026, giving plenty of time for as many service users as possible to take part. We are encouraging all individuals who currently use our services—or have used them recently—to contribute. Every response helps us build a clearer picture of the needs and priorities of our diverse community here in Harrow.
As a thank you for taking part, we are offering the chance to be entered into a prize draw, where selected participants will each receive a £20 voucher. To join the prize draw, simply provide your name and address at the end of the survey. Providing these details is entirely optional and will only be used for the purpose of contacting prize winners.
