Building on last year’s theme, attendees heard from inspiring speakers Tash Alexander (Head Held High) and Julie Neville (West Kent Mind), who shared how humour, storytelling, and creative wellbeing practices can help young people build confidence, communication skills, and resilience.
The event also featured a lively panel Q&A with partners from Mind in Harrow, Paiwand, the wïsh centre, and the Centre for ADHD and Autism Support, followed by a reflective session where attendees shared insights to take back into their practice. The conference closed with key takeaways highlighting creativity as an essential tool in youth engagement. Resources and evaluation forms were shared with attendees to continue learning beyond the event.
