The Fit for Business: Harrow Health & Wellbeing Expo brings together businesses, entrepreneurs, sole traders and members of the local workforce to explore ways of supporting health and wellbeing at work.

Jointly organised by Harrow Council and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), the event provides an opportunity for local businesses and individuals to discover information, resources and support that can help them look after their health and wellbeing while running or working in a business.
Mind in Harrow will be attending the expo to share information about mental health support available within the local community. We’ll be on hand to talk about our services, answer questions and help visitors find out more about supporting mental health and wellbeing.
Looking after mental health in the workplace is an important part of creating healthy and sustainable working environments. Whether you are a business owner managing the pressures of running a business, a sole trader working independently, or part of a wider team, having access to appropriate support and knowing where to find it can make a difference.
The Harrow Health & Wellbeing Expo also provides an opportunity to meet other local organisations, share knowledge and build connections with people working across the borough.
