Mind in Harrow is starting a men’s well-being group aimed at creating a safe and supportive space for men to connect and enhance their mental and emotional well-being. The first meeting will be held later this year, and we welcome men from all backgrounds and ages to participate. Our goal is to foster a community where members can share their experiences, discuss important issues facing men today, and build meaningful connections.
This group is for men in Harrow who want to connect with others, learn from shared experiences, and grow together. We are in the early stages of developing this group and want your input on what it should include. You have the opportunity to shape the activities, topics of discussion, and overall focus by completing our brief survey.
We are considering multiple formats for the group, such as inviting guest speakers, hosting social activities, and running workshops. Your feedback will be crucial in determining what the men’s well-being group in Harrow will offer. Whether you’re interested in tackling mental health issues, building confidence, or simply meeting new people, we want to hear from you!
To share your thoughts and ideas, please fill out our survey here. Your input will help us build a supportive and engaging space for men in our community.
