As a Community Champion, you will be instrumental in starting vital conversations about mental health in your community, helping to break down barriers, dispel myths, and reduce stigma. You will play a key role in reaching those individuals and groups who may be harder to engage, including underrepresented and marginalised communities.
What Does the Role Involve?
– Facilitating mental health discussions.
– Promoting awareness and understanding.
– Supporting individuals seeking mental health resources.
