Welcome to RED January! We are delighted you are interested in supporting your mental health and wellbeing this January by getting active every day – your way! Whether it’s walking 10 minutes a day, running 5k, yoga or doing a work out every day – anyone can take part.

We’re excited to be partnering with RED January, a nation-wide community initiative motivating people to get active every day in January in what is often a characteristically difficult month - empowering you to kick-start the year in the most positive way! All achievements are celebrated, no matter how big or small and the RED community is there to support you every step of the way, to beat the blues away!

Step 3

There is no entrance fee but we would love you to fundraise for Mind in Harrow! You can make a donation, ask friends to sponsor you or hold a RED Mufti day at work and ask your employer to match fund what you raise.
