Young people

HeadsUp Harrow is a consortium partnership of 5 local charities offering specialist mental health services to young people aged 11-25 across Harrow who face additional barriers to support.

The service is provided by Mind in Harrow, Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust, Centre for ADHD and Autism Support, Paiwand and The WISH Centre.

What can we offer young people?

HeadsUp offers a selection of support including one-to-one and group support sessions, depending on the needs of the young person. Across our partners, our areas of expertise are LGBT+, refugees and asylum seekers, ADHD and Autistic young people and support for self-harm, abuse and neglect. You can find out more about our specialist services at the bottom of the page.

What can we offer schools and colleges?

  • Staff Training and CPD
  • Bespoke Advice and Support
  • Parent Workshops
  • Student Assemblies and Workshops
  • Student drop in sessions

If you are interested in your school or college receiving any of the above support, please complete our online form.

This will be followed up by an initial consultation with our HeadsUp Project Coordinator to further understand your needs and to tailor our support to you.

How can I access HeadsUp?

To refer directly to the WISH Centre, you can complete their online referral form. Make sure to tick the box ‘via HeadsUp’ at the start of the form.
